A few days of spring have sprung and I am took the opportunity to reorganize my garage, where I store casework and just picked up items. I made room for the next wave. That said, I have the Ettore Sottsass table ready to go. I cannot safely get the glass in my car so it is pick up or shipped only. Chairish listing should be live by the end of the week. Fun fact! The level legs on this piece are lucite. One was missing and there was another with cracks. We were able to save this after I found us some lucite piano caster cups! My quick thinking friend was able to melt off a lip we did not need and attach the correct bolt drilling through the center! With pieces like this you need to get crafty as finding OEM parts just is not possible. That said, I have some OGs so if anyone who has this table needs a donor or two, let me know.

Ettore Sottsass, a born Austrian architect who design in Italy founded the Memphis collection in the 1980s. Bright colors, simple designs and innovative style set this movement apart and define the era. This ‘Spyder’ table designed for Knoll International adds a great pop of color and a modern touch to a space. Work it in traditional spaces and it provides a nice surprise. I love how it looks with traditional wood chairs, which softens the look. Sottsass is a hot commodity at the moment and this piece is totally on trend with current looks.
