Holiday count down!

We are entering the busiest time of the year for most of us! I invite you to come see me in the showroom and will be taking appointments for your shopping pleasure! Please reach out to me via text, phone or email to reserve a time. I will be popping in for walk ins as time allows too. I have lots of gift items available for the mid century fan in your life from custom pillows to New old stock Eames Dopp kits and even some fun incense products for the bohemians! My booth is stocked with Christmas towels now and I added a few vintage linens and a tree topper too. Speaking of trees, I found the sweetest table top retro silver tinsel trees at my wholesaler. I grabbed 3, 2 are on display and one is in the plastic bag on top of my shelf….take any one of them but they are great and really feel like an aluminum tree. The pink chairs…..ugh. They are still in my booth. I feel like I failed as a curator. I will split the pair, $125 each, take both for $200. Please stop by my booth in the mall and take something home! Trying to clear out old stock and everything is priced to move. I am starting to turn down new inventory because I just don’t have room. If I can help you with anything please reach out.

Thank you to those who have purchased items in the last few months. I appreciate you! I have been trying to make this local showroom work and it can be frustrating to watch people walk in and right back out. I know I am not for everyone but…..some days I think I should be working at the gas station down the street cause at least I’d be getting paid. 🤣

I had the opportunity to show off a few items today at the Design Trade Resource showroom along with some other suppliers to the trade. I got to meet some nice design industry folks and enjoyed talking about what I do and display a few of my inventory items including those great restored chairs! Next week, I will be traveling to NYC for the day to visit the Decorating and Design Building and tour a bunch of showrooms! There is still room on the bus if anyone, either IFDA member or not, wants to join in! Message me for the sign up link. The bus leaves from King of Prussia and meals are included. It’s a fair price for all the day offers plus networking with industry pros and showroom contacts! I try to keep up with trends in the real world even though many of us are stuck in the 50s!!! 🤣🤣🤣. Calling regional design pros!

If any of you following along are in the interior design field and are not already a member of the IFDA, you are invited to attend an upcoming trade event where I will be helping to sponsor and setting up an info table. It’s a fun group with many networking and educational opportunities! I am signed up for an upcoming NYC trip to spend the day in the Decoration and Design Building visiting the showrooms of various design trade suppliers including my friend’s Clarence House Textiles space. Even though I sell vintage, I try to be on top of design trends! I noticed there are not many folks in Berks County or even Allentown in the group so putting it out there! I believe there will be a membership discount happening shortly as well which is a great time to join. Sign up below and please let me know you are coming!!!! Friday the 13th at the Showroom!

Join me at the showroom for a Halloween open house! I’ll be open noon till 9PM! We’ll have treats and spooky fun. Come out and say hi, check out the showroom which is packed with amazing vintage goodies, newly crafted pillows and some restored furnishings. From kitsch to high end, I’ll have something for you! Shop ahead on my website and check out there to claim, pick up Friday or another time by appointment. (The Trunk or Treat at GRQ was cancelled but she will have candy hidden in the store). Also my booth is open 10-6 that day so will not be accessible after 6pm if you come late. Please RSVP on my event page so I can plan the snacks!
